1. PROMOTION DETAILS:

This Black Friday promotion offers a 50% discount on our Excess cover premiums when customers bundle purchase our Excess Cover with a Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Policy taken through Value Insure.
Stand alone Excess Cover at 25% Discount on premium.

2. DURATION:

The promotion will run from the 24th of November 2025 to the 29th of November 2025, including Cyber Monday on the 1st of December 2025 to the 6th of December 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY:

Customers must purchase both the Comprehensive Car Insurance Cover and excess cover during the promotional period to avail the 50% discount on excess cover premiums.

Stand alone Excess Cover at 25% Discount on premium during the promotional period.

4. PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

a. Bundle Purchase Requirement:

Customers must purchase both the Comprehensive Insurance policy and Excess Cover as a bundle to qualify for the 50% promotional discount.

b. Activation and Maintenance Requirement:

To retain the promotional price of 50%, both the Comprehensive Insurance policy and Excess cover must remain active. If the Comprehensive cover is cancelled, the promotional bundle will be nullified, and the excess cover will be cancelled.

5. PRODUCT DETAILS:

a. Excess Cover:

The Excess cover will cover your basic excess as well as any motor related penalty/additional excess’s in the event of a valid claim on your vehicle policy up to the cover limit and as per the policy wording provided. Premiums for the excess cover will be reduced by 50% during the promotional period when purchased with Comprehensive Vehicle insurance.

b. Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance:

Covers your vehicle for Own damage, Third party, Fire and Theft, through one of our Insurance Providers.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

a. Cancellation of Products:

If the Comprehensive cover is cancelled during the promotional period, the excess cover will be terminated, and the promotional price will be revoked. Refunds will be processed based on our standard refund policy.

7. GENERAL TERMS:

a. Limitation of Promotion:

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

b. Changes to Terms:

MVIA Services (PTY) LTD (Value Insure) reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

c. Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.
